My family and I are grateful for the professional and amazing service that Darren and his staff provided to us when we needed it most. Our father passed away in TN and needed to be transported to Hartford/Bradley and then buried in Danbury CT. Darren assisted in coordinating all of that plus arranged for our family clergy and military honors with the government at the grave site. Darren was quick to answer my many questions throughout and provided guidance with compassionate support during this difficult process. Darren/Avalon would be my first and only recommendation for a person/family in need of such services when the time comes.

Where should we begin? Our family went through a horrific ordeal. Upon the death of my mother-in-law, we were preyed upon and scammed by a cremation “company” at our most vulnerable time. Who was there to pick up the pieces? Darren Newcomb. Darren, single handhedly, fought to get our money returned. What he did for our family is invaluable.
