SHIRLEY MARIE (CLARK) SULLIVAN

Shirley Marie Sullivan, 84, of Westfield, MA died peacefully on September 22, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Pittsfield, MA, a daughter of the late Charles and Doris E. (Abele) Clark, she lived in Westfield for 63 years.

Shirley was a nurse at Western Ma Hospital in Westfield, Ma for 10 years.  She was a graduate of the nursing certificate program associated with Pittsfield General. 

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer M. Sullivan-Brunault and her husband James, and grandson Jo of Holyoke, MA;  her son,  James M. Sullivan and her granddaughter Hannah M. Sullivan of Westfield MA; her brother  Rodney F. Clark and his wife Tina of Tyringham , MA;  and her sister Joan V. Hughes of Palm Harbor, Fl.  She is predeceased by her sister Linda E. Richards of Stafford, VA and Phyllis A. Clark of Palm Harbor, FL.  Aunt Shirley has 23 nieces, and nephews, great and grand and their respective spouses. 

Calling hours and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Avalon Life Celebration Center,  691 College Highway, Southwick, MA 01077. A private burial will be held at Fairmont Cemetery in Lee.
