WESTFIELD – Rudolph J Gaspari, 92, passed away at his home in Westfield, MA on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
Rudolph “Rudy” was born on July 1, 1932, in Holyoke, MA to the late Alexander Gaspari and Bertha (Peroski) Gaspari.
As a young man, he served in the US Air Force as a Lithographic. Stationed in Rapid City, South Dakota and later at Westover Air Force Base. He was honorably discharged with the rank of Staff Sergeant in 1956 with a National Defense Service Medal (NDSM).
Rudy was predeceased by his wonderful wife, Carole. He is survived by his son, Mark, and daughter-in-law, Denise, and his son, Steven, and daughter-in-law, Terry; his four grandchildren - Jamie, Becca, Andrew, and Brenna; and his four great-grandchildren - Winter, Raine, Lena, and Jude.
Rudy enjoyed sailing, riding motorcycles, sitting by his pool and spending time with his great grandchildren.
A private committal service will be held at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, MA
