RONALD GOSSELIN Obituary

CHICOPEE – Ronald R. Gosselin, 77, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. 

Ronald was born on October 9, 1946, in Springfield, MA to the late Raymond J Gosselin and Beatrice A (Geoffrion) Gosselin.

Ronald is a Vietnam Veteran and he proudly served his country in the United States Army for 3 years. 

Ronald attended Putnam and Springfield Trade High School. He had worked at Hasbro for many years. 

Ronald enjoyed traveling with his wife, they made many wonderful memories of their 14 trips to the Caribbean.

In addition to his parents, Ronald is predeceased by his son Raymond R Gosselin, his sister Rhea Duprat and her husband Roger.

He leaves his wife of 20  years Debra J (Haley) Gosselin of Chicopee, MA, his son Scott Wielbicki and his wife Jaclyn of WA, his brother Gary Gosselin and his wife Dottie of Rocky Hill, CT, his sisters Gail Britton and her husband Robert of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joan Waters and her husband William of NC, and Elaine Moore of East Longmeadow, MA, his grandchildren Malcom Gosselin and Legacy Edger, along with many other family members and friends. 

Burial with full military honors will take place at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001 at 9:00 AM on Monday, July 8, 2024.
