Polly Cunningham Obituary

Polly Ann Cunningham, 63, of Southwick, MA passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Polly is survived by her life partner and caregiver, Paul L. Sleeper; sister, Sara Brumby of Boerne, TX; sister, Rebecca O'Connell and husband Robert of Coxsackie, NY; nephew, Justin Chase of Hartsdale, NY; great-nieces, Sarah and Celia Chase of Hartsdale, NY and niece, Kendall Batchelor of San Antonio, TX.

A remembrance of Polly's life will be held at the Avalon Life Celebration Center & Cremation Services, LLC; 691 College Highway, Southwick, MA on Sunday, August 4, 2019, from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Donations in Polly's memory can be made to the Southwick Animal Shelter, 11 Depot St., Southwick, MA 01077.
