Marylyn A Smith, 91, formerly of East Mountain Road passed away at her home on April 13, 2025.
Marylyn was born on April 11, 1934, in Thetford VT to Myron and Mildred (Ackerman) Robinson.
Marylyn graduated from Thetford Academy. On December 3, 1951, she married Robert H. Smith in Post Mills VT. Marylyn had a passion for jewelry and worked alongside her husband who owned Smith Jewelry Store in High Point, NC.
Marylyn relocated to Westfield, MA where she was an active member of the First Congregational Church. Marylyn enjoyed taking part in the church rummage sale, organizing holiday dinners and contacting with many of the church members. Marylyn enjoyed several years taking part in local bowling leagues and even won several trophies.
Marylyn is predeceased by her parents Myron and Mildred Robinson, her husband Robert H Smith, her brothers Rodney and Carroll Robinson, sister Phyllis Sawyer and her sons-in-law Richard Arbour and David Brodowski.
Survivors include her loving and devoted companion Bob Merriman, her brothers Charles Robinson and Bruce Robinson her children Linda Garwacki and her husband Paul, Cindy Arbour, Judy Brodowski and her partner Michael Damours, and Mark Smith and his wife Randi, her grandchildren Alex Arbour and Peggy, Christopher Arbour and his wife Lezette and Destiny Smith, along with many other family members and friends.
