MARY DOUGHERTY

SOUTHWICK – Mary Dougherty, 72, passed away at home in Southwick, MA on December 2, 2021.

Mary was born on March 11, 1949, in Westfield, MA to William Dougherty and Kathleen (Manning) Dougherty. 

Mary enjoyed spending time beachside on Martha’s Vineyard, loved her Scottish Terriers, traveling to new places, and all things coffee. 

Mary is predeceased by her parents William and Kathleen Dougherty and her sister Kathy “Honey” Brennan.  Mary is survived by her partner Winston Walton, her daughters Tara Clark and her partner Delmont Parent of Westfield, MA and Georgianna Brunton of Florence, MA, her brother Jack Dougherty and his wife Pam of Southwick, MA, her grandchildren: Logan, Brandon, Andrew, Allie, and Cameron, 2 great-grandchildren, along with other family members and friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a visiting hour from 5:00 – 6:00 PM  on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Avalon Life Celebration Center & Cremation Services, LLC 691 College Hwy, Southwick, MA 01077  Committal prayers will follow the visitation.
