Marlene (Roberts) Casseles passed away on Friday, February 3rd peacefully surrounded by her family.
Marlene was born in Holyoke, Ma. and lived most of her life in Chicopee and West Springfield, Ma until she moved to Southwick, Ma where she and her husband Robert resided. Marlene and Robert were active in their local community and enjoyed volunteering at their town food pantry.
Marlene was also known for her luscious gardens and yard full of flowers. As an avid artist, she enjoyed spending free time painting and doing ceramics. Above all else, Marlene enjoyed spending time with family and was a proud grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother.
Marlene is predeceased by her husband Robert Casseles Jr of 59 years, as well as her granddaughter Misty Casseles.
Marlene is survived by her son Robert Casseles III and his wife Brenda of Southwick, Ma. Her two brothers Donald Roberts of Huntington, Ma, and Alan Roberts of Agawam, Ma. Her Grandchildren Robert Casseles IV, Shelby Clinton, and her Husband Carlos. Her Great Grandchildren, Scott Cigal, Rilynn Scott, and Alessia Clinton. As well as her great great grandchild Isaiah and the Garwacki family.
There will be no calling hours. A procession will form at 9:30 AM on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, from Avalon Celebration Center, 691 College Highway Southwick, MA proceeding to Oak Grove Cemetery for Burial.
