Lisa Marie (Ayres) Morrissey

WESTFIELD-Lisa Marie Morrissey, 51, passed away in Westfield, MA on December 3, 2019.

Lisa was a life-long area resident. She graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School class of 1986. Lisa raised 2 kids as a single mother all the while working a full-time job to put her self through LPN training. After earning her certification, Lisa worked for over 27 years in the Springfield area.

Lisa was a friend of Bill. During the warmer months, she enjoyed being outside gardening. Dance and the arts were a defining influence for Lisa. After a long break, she had recently started dancing at Rising Stars School of Dance in Chicopee, MA.

Lisa is predeceased by her mother Betty (Walker) Ayers. She leaves her husband Brian J. Morrissey, Sr. of Westfield, MA, her son Kevin Romaniak of Westfield, MA, her daughter Kellie Romaniak of Springfield, MA, her father William Ayers of Chicopee, MA, her brother Tim Ayers of Ware, MA, her sister Lorilee LaBarre of Chicopee, MA and her grandson Joey Wilson.

Lisa’s family will hold a private service to honor her life and legacy.
