WINDSOR LOCKS-Jack Francis Stoneham, 74, passed away on March 30, 2018. Jack was born on June 01, 1943 in Hartford, CT to the late Francis and Maria (Bonitello) Stoneham. He had worked for the Connecticut Department of Transportation for 35 years and serviced his country in the United States Marine Corps. A private burial will take place at the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT.
