JEFFERY C. DeLANCE

Jeffery C. DeLance, 68, of Westfield passed away on November 15, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center. 

The son of the late Carroll and Viola (Bolio) DeLance, Jeff was born on August 17, 1954 and grew up in Westfield.  He was a graduate of Westfield High School. 

Jeff retired after a career as a driver for Brockway - Smith Company of West Hatfield, MA and received many safety awards over the years.  In addition to his love of family and friends, his other love was cars of all vintages and he took great pride in maintaining and driving them.  His witty personality and caring for older friends and relatives endeared him to many. 

Jeff was pre-deceased by his brother, Donald, and Donald’s wife, Nancy. 

He leaves two nieces, Wendy DeLance and Audrey DeLance Levere and her children, Kyle and Alexis. 

Private graveside services and interment are planned.
