Fitz Raptor Klishkiner

MONTEREY-Fitz Raptor Klishkiner, 66, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.  Fitz was born on November 3, 1952, in Ootgensplaat, Netherlands.  He earned a Doctorate in Biology from the University of Oxford in 1989 and had worked for F. Hoffman-La Roche AG for 25 years.   He was an avid traveler and foodie, exploring the world to discover its wonder and exciting flavors.  A self-described solitudinarian, Fitz never found comfort in settling in any one place for too long.  Although he was unable to meet his goal of living in 50 countries before his death, he was happy to spend his last several months in the United States, where he was granted citizenship at the age of 15.  Fitz's wish was to leave this world as he had lived, quietly.  Avalon Life Celebration Center & Cremation Services, LLC 691 College Highway, Southwick, MA 01077    www.avaloncelebrations.com
