SOUTHWICK – Frank P. Sulewski, Jr., 77, passed away at his home on Monday, January 11, 2021.
Frank was born on August 19, 1943, in Westfield, MA to Frank P. Sulewski, Sr and Lena (Dudek) Sulewski.
Frank graduated from Westfield Trade Class of 1961. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Western New England College.
Frank worked for many years as a Mechanical Engineer at Westvaco Envelope, retiring in 2005.
Frank was a travel enthusiast, a passion he shared with his wife Deb. Frank modified a Conversion Van which took him and Deb on 12+ cross-country trips. Over the years Frank and Deb visited many of our National Parks along with 46 of the lower 48 states. He enjoyed spending his free time at the Casino and fishing.
Frank was a talented woodworker. During his younger years, Frank was well known for making high-quality clam baskets with his son and daughter which they sold to local clammers. More recently, he enjoyed making birdhouses and cork boards for his family and friends.
Frank is predeceased by his parents Frank and Lena Dudek.
He leaves his wife of 28 years, Deb Sulewski of Southwick, MA, his son Eric Sulewski and his wife Karen of Alpine, TX, his daughter Karen M. Sulewski of Las Vegas, NV, his step-daughters Pamela Kislus of Feeding Hills, MA and Jodi Ceballos of San Diego, CA, his grandchildren Benjamin Sulewski, Kayla Sulewski, and Jillian Kislus, his cats Bonnie and Clyde and Buster, along with other family members and friends.
There will be no calling hours. Frank’s family will hold a private service.
