John Surprenant

CHICOPEE-John Surprenant, 60, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.  John was born on September 8, 1957 in Springfield, MA to the late Adelard and Angeline (Chapdelaine) Surprenant.  He graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School class of 1975.  John was a talented carpenter who mastered his trade over the years.  John was a peacemaker with a constant smile, great sense of humor, and upbeat spirit which allowed him to easily make many friends over the years.  In his spare time he enjoyed playing pool, baseball, and softball, and bike riding.  He is predeceased by his parents and his twin brother James Surprenant.  John leaves his brothers, Denis Surprenant and his wife Debbie of Feeding Hills, MA and Paul Surprenant and his wife Donna of Chicopee, MA, his sisters: Linda Garcia and her husband Alberto of Annapolis, MD, Jeanne Mozdzanowski and her husband John of Feeding Hills, MA, and Diane Peters and her husband Mike of Feeding Hills, MA.  John held a special place in his heart for his many nieces and nephews. Johnny boy we love you and will miss you!
